What safety precautions are taken at The Rage Room®?
Safety is our #1 priority at The Rage Room! Before entering the room, you will be dressed in coveralls, a safety shield, and gloves. We ask that all hair is secured back.

What do I need to bring to The Rage Room®?
We do require the wearing of boots with a hard rubber sole as you will be stepping on glass. If you do not have boots, we can provide a pair to borrow, free of charge. We also request that you bring a pair of extra socks (for a surprise!).

What is the youngest age allowed to participate at The Rage Room®?
We welcome ages 12+ with parent/legal guardian’s signature and to be present up to age 18. At 18, the customer can sign the waiver for themselves.

What type of stuff do I get to smash at The Rage Room®?
The type of breakables and amount of breakables depend on the package chosen. Glass items (plates, cups, mugs) are included in all packages. Electronics (printers, VCRs, monitors) are a part of The Demolition and All Out Rage. The All Out Rage also includes an XXL electronic, like a 30” flat screen TV or an upgraded printer (with copy and fax). Although we do our best to accommodate electronic requests, we CANNOT promise any specific type of electronic. The larger the package you choose, the bigger and better the breakables are!

Does The Rage Room® offer any special items?
Welcome “Premium Items” – gaming consoles, laptops, large mirrors, lamps, and anything else of that matter we can get our hands on! Gaming consoles and laptops can be an upgrade for your electronic for $20 or an add-on for $45. Large mirrors are only available as add-ons (price dependent on size). Lamps can also be an upgrade for $10/$15, depending on size, or an add-on for $20/$25, depending on size.

Can I bring a personal item?
Absolutely! Please contact us for more information.

Does The Rage Room® sell gift certificates?
Absolutely! Our vouchers are a great gift for someone looking for a unique experience and/or someone who needs to relieve some stress! Make sure the person you gift it to brings either a printed sheet or a screenshot of the voucher to be processed at checkout. The voucher options are based accordingly on our package prices. Does The Rage Room® offer group rates?
Yes, we do. A group of 6 – 11 people receive a discount of 10%. A group of 12 – 20 people receive a discount of 15%.

Does The Rage Room® offer party options?
Certainly! We can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people for a private party. A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the private four-hour reservation. The private party option allows you to bring food and drink into the facility, as well as receive a 20% discount! A private party gives you the option to secure your four-hour reservation during non-operating hours upon availability. Please CALL US to schedule your private party!

When can I expect to receive my merchandise order?
Your Printify order can typically be expected within 7-10 days.

Can I return my merchandise order?
Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that returns and exchanges are NOT supported if you happen to order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind. Be sure to double-check your order before placing it.
